We’ve affectionately nicknamed it our Tuesday night wine, perfect for pairing with anything from pizza to burgers to BBQ. Mineral and dark fruit focused aromas of flint, graphite, poached plums, boysenberry, and violets lead to a unique and rich palate suggesting graphite, bell pepper, mint leaf, licorice root, chamomile, plum, mulberry, and a hint of black pepper all in a silky-smooth package that is the definition of the word quaffable.
