Yes. We are required by law to receive an Adult Signature upon delivery. Any note asking for the delivery to be left somewhere at the location will not be honored.
By law, Lisa's is only able to offer in-store pickup for liquor, we are no longer able to ship liquor, even within New York State. Wine can be shipped to the following states: AK, DC, FL & NY.
Absolutely! You can just select the "In-Store Pickup" option at checkout. Please allow 24-48 hours before coming to pick up your order.
Please be advised we do not ship if the local temperature is 80° or above or 20° or below. Go to www.weather.com to determine if your area is safe to ship. Please advise us if you would like us to hold your shipment in our temperature-controlled warehouse until it is safe to ship. Weather Damage: All wines are stored in our climate-controlled warehouse, but once they leave our facility we can no longer protect them from weather-related damage. Lisa's Liquor Barn is not responsible for any wines that are damaged by excessive heat or cold during the shipping process.
Orders typically ship out from our location within 24-48 hours of being placed (excluding non business days). After your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. If you have any questions or do not receive a tracking number, please contact us.
