Thank you for considering Lisa's Liquor Barn as a champion for your cause! We appreciate your interest in partnering with us for your event.
While we strive to honor as many requests as possible, please note that due to the high volume of submissions, we cannot guarantee fulfillment for all requests.
Eligibility:
Lisa's Liquor Barn will consider donation requests from organizations designated as a 501(c)(3).
Submission Guidelines:
All requests must be emailed to leeannr@lisasliquorbarn.com at least 60 days prior to your event. Please include the following information in your email:
- Brief Description: Provide a brief overview of your organization, the type of donation you are seeking (products or gift certificates), and the date of your event.
- Tax-Exempt Status: A copy of your tax-exempt 501(c)(3) certificate must be included as an attachment.
For Wine Donations:
If you are requesting a wine donation instead of a gift certificate, please also include the following attachments:
- A formal letter on your organization’s letterhead addressed to Lisa's Liquor Barn.
- A description of your tax-exempt group, including the purpose of the event.
- The location, date, and anticipated number of attendees for the event.
- The purpose for the wine (e.g., wine pull, auction, served at the event) and specific quantity needed. While we try to accommodate requests for specific varietals, we cannot guarantee fulfillment.
- If wine will be served at the event, it cannot be sold separately; it must be included in the ticket price. Please provide the name of the liquor license holder for the event, as we may require a copy of the license.
- Information on how Lisa's Liquor Barn may be recognized for the donation (e.g., program mention, ad space, use of our banner at the event).
All requests will be reviewed, and you will receive a response via email regarding the status of your submission. Please refrain from calling the store for donation inquiries.
