Ruby red with tints of violet color. Rich in fruit on the nose, reminiscent of plum, black fruits, blackberries and violets. Great structure and well-balanced acidity on the palate. The tannins feel soft and pleasant, with marked roundness and a strong fruity finish. An ideal match for roasted and grilled meats, robust pasta dishes, charcuterie, duck and pates.
