2021 Sebastiani North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon 750Ml
This wine displays black tea and black cherry Cabernet aromas complemented with coconut and mocha from the oak. Showing all the finesse and complexity of a cooler vintage, the flavors emphasize black cherries, truffles, earth and dust. The finish possesses enough tannin to support the abundant levels of fruit. While this wine will improve and evolve over the next few years, it drinks superbly now.
