Rich and flavorful organic red composed of Cabernet Sauvignon from the Madrid region. Aromas of vanilla, spice, and rich red fruit, followed by flavors of dark berry, anise, and more spice. Decent length on the finish with a good amount of tannin. Pairs well with meat and tomato-based sauces. Give this one a quick decant.
