2015 Santi Proemio Amarone 750ml

Created for the first time in 1995, this flagship wine of the Santi estate is produced only in the very best years and in limited quantities. The vineyards that produce the grapes are located in the best classic zones. The fruit is harvested by hand from the end of September and the healthiest, loosest bunches are placed in cases in the fruit room under controlled levels of humidity to partially dry for more than four months.
