Bourbon ‘n Rye is the eighth release in this series, in which each bottling is paired up with a currently active race horse, and the first straight rye whiskey bottled under the brand’s name. This is a bourbon lover’s rye, with a beautiful balance of grain, fruit, spice, and alcohol, and it has just the right amount of caramel and toffee notes from the wood without overwhelming the other complements.
