  • First distillation on a 50’ Vendome copper column still, followed by a 600-gallon copper pot still, then finally distilled on a custom Vendome dual-basket gin still.
  • 7-botanical blend sourced locally from Kentucky including chamomile, ginger, angelica root, lemon verbena, rosemary licorice root, coriander, & juniper
  • Nose is bright and floral with subtle aromas of baking spice and soft pine; the palate balances citrus and lemon verbena with high tones of spicy ginger & sweet chamomile and a distinct earthy finish reminiscent of wet, spring forest floor
