Brimming with red fruit and pepper, this highly aromatic and enticing gamay has supple tannins and just enough granitic backbone to give it depth of character and ageability. Though best drunk within a few years, we have thoroughly enjoyed 8-10 year old bottles from some of Stéphane's earliest vintages, especially when paired with the local charolais beef.
