Domaine Lafarge-Vial Fleurie is vinified by vatting part of the vintage with the stems, without destemming. It ferments with native yeasts in cement tanks and its colour and aromas are extracted gently, to avoid giving the wine unpleasant herbal touches. Lastly the wine undergoes a refining ageing in used barrels for a year.

Domaine Lafarge-Vial Fleurie is a juicy wine with elegant aromas of red and black fruits on an earthy background with touches of spices and black pepper. On the palate it is fresh, fruity and vibrant. A balanced wine with granitic tannins and a persistent finish.
