2022 Scott Base Sauvignon Blanc 750ml

Made of grapes from organically farmed vineyards (not yet certified) and fermented with native yeast, it takes its time opening but soon reveals appealing aromas of honeysuckle, passion fruit, bell pepper and green herbal characters. There's a nice tingle of acidity on the chalky-textured palate and, while the finish is on the short side, there's depth of flavor and plenty of refreshment here, too. Rated 90 Points Wine Enthusiast.
