2018 Weber Bruder Wiltinger Adonis Riesling 750ml

Adonis Dry Riesling from the small side valley, which runs almost parallel to the well-known "Scharzhof" and "Braunfels" sites. Good acid structure, harmoniously integrated make the Adonis a top-class dry wine typical of the Saar.

Brown weathered slate soils and an almost perfect exposure to the sun make this location extremely exciting. Once the late frosts are over, aromatic, physiologically perfectly ripe grapes grow here. For the Weber brothers, Graawels stands for wines with site character and forms the bridge between dry and off-dry wines.
