Conniption Navy Strength Gin 750ml

A novel two-step process launches Conniption Navy Strength Gin into the world, setting a course for a gin that is enticingly intense yet surprisingly balanced. It all starts with a gin base produced from vapor infusion in our custom-designed German pot still.

Botanicals, like Indian coriander, caraway, rosemary, and cardamom, are cleverly added to juxtapose with the depth of juniper and cassia. Finally, the fresh, sweet accents of citrus and fig are individually vacuum distilled at room temperature into vodka and then blended into the gin base for an aromatic and bright finish that is simultaneously smooth and powerful.

Nose is spicy, savory and bold. Juniper's piney-ness is at the front with a sweet hint of lemon and savory notes of caraway and rosemary. On the palate, juniper is big yet held in check with warming notes of rye bread, rosemary and bay leaf. The mid notes of this gin are complex with a combination of spice and sweet coriander, cardamom and bright lemon. The gin's finish lingers as the luxurious cold-distilled fig rounds out its intensity and smooths all edges.
