Ingredients:
• 2 oz Pico
• 1 oz Lime
• .75 oz Simple Syrup
• 1 egg white (optional)

Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker and add ice
2. Shake vigorously, until tin is frosted over
3. Strain into chilled cocktail glass 4. Garnish with Angostura bitters and a lemon wheel
