Ingredients:
  • 1 apple
  • 1 quince
  • 1 orange and its juice
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1.5 cups of water
  • a handful of cloves
  • 4-5 sticks of cinnamon
  • 2-3 cardamom
  • 2 star anise
  • 1 bottle of red wine
Instructions:
  • Peel the oranges and attach the cloves to the peels.
  • Finely chop the quince and apple.
  • Pour 1.5 cups of water into the pan; Squeeze half a lemon into it.
  • Pour the juice of the orange whose peel you used.
  • Add everything you chopped into the pot.
  • Add 4-5 cinnamon sticks and 4 tablespoons of sugar.
  • Cover the pot and let it cook for half an hour.
  • After adding the wine after half an hour; Add the star anise and cardamom.

Important:

  • Never boil the wine.
