The mail-in rebate form is available in store for customers who come in to see our smiling faces, and we’ll also include the rebate form, along with your receipt for online and curbside pickup shoppers. With the rebate, you’ll receive $3 if you buy one Bota Box, $7 if you buy two Bota Boxes, and $12 if you buy three Bota Boxes. There’s a limit of one mail-in rebate per household, and this special offer ends on April 30, 2023.
