Bright golden color. Aromas of granola with maple syrup and caramelized dried fruits follow through on a silky entry to a dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body with spry depth and stylish balance. Finishes with a long, very smooth wet stone, buckwheat honey, grainy flour and warming pepper flourish. A lovely, highly drinkable, almost feminine whisky that will make a fine aperitif.
