2016 Indaba Chardonnay 750ml
Good full, deep yellow. Restrained nose hints at fresh apple, honey, brown spices and herbs. Broad and ripe but dry (actually 4.4 grams/liter of residual sugar), with citrus fruit and apple flavors joined by a slightly bitter vanillin oak component. I wanted a bit more personality.
