2021 Weis Vineyards Chardonnay 750ml

The wine is pale lemon in color, with green tints. Aromas of sappy white peach, apple and lemon are accompanied by scents of nut oils and steel. Medium bodied, off dry to medium dry, with a silky soft mouth feel, balance is good. Sweetish flavors of sappy white peach, apple, and lemon are accompanied by light notes of white pepper, roasted nuts and steel. Concentration is good. The finish is gently spicy and peppery, slightly bitter, with good length.
