2019 Living Roots Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir Lilly Pilly 750ml
Pinot Noir with aromatic fruit, fresh acidity and notes of savory clove and cinnamon. A mix of two clones from Seb’s uncle Bill’s vineyard: MV6 for body and meaty characters, blended with 115 for perfumed aromas and bright strawberry notes. We incorporated carbonic maceration and whole berries during ferment to capture the bright aromatics, with a bit of foot stomping for gentle handling. LILLY PILLY!
