A classic Australian fortified made from Muscat and fortified by adding grape spirit to the ferment, halting the yeast and resulting in a sweet, rich wine. It is then aged for a long period in oak barrels, an average of 15 years in this case, and darkened to a golden-brown color in the process.

Full of coffee and hazelnut characters, likened to the roasted Golden Wattle seeds, for a seriously complex and luscious dessert wine.
