Anyone who visits our site is counted in our daily visits, but this will in no way identify you what so ever. If an order is placed or attempted the only information that is collected that is not voluntary is your IP address.

The email address you provide for order processing, will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order. If you decide to opt-in to our mailing list, you will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, promotions, etc. However, you may opt-out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of your emails.
Our site does not feature information and services of interest to children or anyone under the age of 21.

Knowing that we do not offer services to anyone under the age of 21 we require that everyone know that the items on this site are meant to be consumed responsibly and by an adult over the age of 21 only.

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
Where can we ship wine?
Many states restrict or prohibit the shipment of wine. Unfortunately, that means we cannot ship to everyone that would like to purchase wine on our site. We do apologize for the inconvenience if your state laws prevent us from servicing your area. If we are unable to arrange shipment to you, you might wish to provide us with an alternate shipping address in a nearby state to enable you to make an online purchase. The following are the states we can ship wine to: AK, DC, LA, NE, NV, NY, OR, VA, WV, WY
We can only ship liquor within New York state.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders ship within 24-48 hours of purchase, though it may take as many as 3 business days in some circumstances, depending on the time the order is placed and carrier schedule. Orders placed between Sunday and Thursday during normal business hours will generally ship within one day. Orders placed on the weekend may take longer to ship due to shipping constraints.
If your order is time sensitive, please include a note in the comments field on the order confirmation page, or call us. All orders are confirmed by e-mail after they are submitted.
What products may be shipped?
Wine and liquor of any size may be purchased for in-store pickup. Only .375ml, .500ml, .750ml, 1L, 1.5L and in some cases (depending on bottle shape) 1.75 liter size bottles can be shipped.
How do we prevent damage associated with hot or cold weather?
Please be advised we do not ship if the local temperature is 80° or above or 20° or below. Go to www.weather.com to determine if your area is safe to ship. Please advise us if you would like us to hold your shipment in our temperature-controlled warehouse until it is safe to ship.
All wines are stored in our climate-controlled warehouse, but once they leave our facility we can no longer protect them from weather-related damage. Lisa’s Liquor Barn is not responsible for any wines that are damaged by excessive heat or cold during the shipping process.
The product must be returned within 14 days of purchase date. The bottle must have at least 75% of the liquid remaining.
A restocking or cancellation fee of 10% of the price of the wine in addition to the original shipping charges will apply to any cancelled order that has shipped and been returned.
How do we verify your age?
All customers are required to prove that they are at least 21 years old at the time they place their first order. Normally, this is done through an online verification service as part of the checkout procedure. In the event we are unable to verify your age (for example, if you have a Canadian or other non-US address), you may submit proof of age via e-mail or fax. Please call us for instructions on how to submit your proof.
All wines that are shipped on your behalf must be received and signed for by an adult of legal drinking age. We recommend you have your order shipped to your business address unless you are sure an adult of legal drinking age will be at your home to receive the shipment.
Many states restrict or prohibit the shipment of wine. By arranging for transportation of the wine, we are providing a service to and acting on behalf of the purchaser. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import any wines into any state. By placing an order with Lisa’s Liquor Barn, the buyer acknowledges sole responsibility for the shipment of wine and other goods purchased and for determining the legality and the tax/duty consequences of having the wine shipped to him or her.
Items represented on this site constitute only an offer to sell. Even after you have placed an order online, the sale is not complete until an employee of Lisa’s Liquor Barn has accepted and processed the order.
All orders, including orders designated for in-store pickup, must be paid in advance. No order will be considered complete until payment has been submitted. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. All credit card data is transmitted securely.
All items shown on this website are believed to be in stock; however, because real-time data is not available, it is possible that a given item may be sold in our store during the time between data updates. For items marked as “limited quantity,” your order may be delayed while we double check our stock and, if necessary, check with our distributors to locate additional inventory. In instances of older vintages and other rare bottlings, we will do our best to fill your order but cannot be held responsible if an item is unobtainable at that time.
